The Abuja Electricity Distribution Company (AEDC), has announced that power supply will be disrupted from 11.00 am to 4:00 pm Sunday February 15, 2026, in some parts of Abuja.
Areas to be affected include CITEC Estate, Idu Industrial, Coca-Cola, PESI, FMC, EFCC, Nile University, Zhidu Community, Fafu Estate, Chinese Companies in Saburi and environs.
According to the Public Notice posted on its Official Twitter Account, the power supply disruption is due to maintenance exercise to be carried out by its technical team on the 33kv L35k and L36k at the Kukwaba Transmission Substation on the day stated.
The company said it regrets any inconveniences this may cause consumers, saying it appreciates their patience and understanding during the necessary activity.
