Suspected armed bandits have abducted a Kebbi State High Court Judge, Justice Faruku Hassan Bunza.
Justice Bunza was reportedly kidnapped by the bandits who stormed his residence along Zorgirma road, in Bunza Local Government Area, at the early hours of Sunday, July 26, 2027, shortly after returning from a trip to neighbouring Sokoto State.
The police Spokesperson in Kebbi, Bashir Usman, confirmed the incident to Daily Trust, saying the command had commenced a coordinated rescue operation.
As of the time of this report, no group is known to have claimed responsibility for the abduction.
